New shape - stop being like Apple

I have and LOVE LOVE LOVE. your original Liberty Soundcore. Needed an upgrade. Skipped the P3 and went straight for this newest version. Very disappointed. The shape of the in ear piece has changed to mimic apple. Very uncomfortable- going back. Back down to the P3. Wish companies would stop trying to be like other companies with shape and design. If we wanted those designs we would buy them

Very good, but squeeze controls feel like a downgrade.

Been using the Liberty Air 2 for years, and would probably stick with them if the case charging contacts weren't so finicky. These are equal or superior to the Liberty Air 2 in just about every way: sound quality, comfort, case design. The case is somewhat accommodating to aftermarket ear tips. I'm using SpinFit CP145 Medium, and they don't prevent the buds from sitting properly in the case.

The only thing I don't care for is the switch from touch control to squeeze controls. It's more difficult to do a single/double/triple squeeze (that is interpreted correctly) than it was to do a single/double/triple touch. There is a click noise to indicate when the squeeze is done properly, but it's very difficult to hear when listening to music at a moderate volume.

Also, in previous earbuds you could do a long touch gesture, but there is no long squeeze gesture available for these. I *really* hope Soundcore adds this in a firmware update, because I would like to use single tap for Volume +/-, and long squeeze for previous/next track, and then disable the double and triple squeeze so I don't have to deal with misinterpreted gestures.
